The Multicultural Festival of West Virginia takes place on State Capitol grounds in Charleston,
where handicapped parking areas are ample. The venue area is level with the parking area with
lightly slanted curbs at transitional walkway areas. Handicap signage is mounted on portable
toilets at every entry area to the Festival.

During stage performances, a designated ADA area is located in front of the sound booth, and
public announcements occur frequently from the stage.
